Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Attention

poor lightingdelayed housekeeping
The lighting in the room was terrible. It was difficult to see anything clearly (even with all the lights on). housekeeping did not service our room until late in the afternoon. I had to call to ask why. I find this unacceptable since checkout was at noon and we returned to the room at 5 PM. Prioritizing check-outs is not an excuse for the delay.

interesting buildingexcellent locationhelpful staffbreakfast options
This building had interesting architectural details and the location was excellent. I found the staff cute and helpful . Breakfast offered both a la carte options and a continental buffet. The bar also featured lively music, setting a great atmosphere for the evening.
The room needed better sound insulation. I was woken up early by noise from the room upstairs.

The rooms included smart tv and nespresso machine for convenience. The bathroom also had a heated towel rack and a anti-fog mirror. I think this is a very thoughtful touch for added comfort to our stay.
